About
The Policy Center is a political and social sciences research center that specializes in international relations. More specifically, the Policy Center is a “think tank” in public policies.
The Policy Center aims to analyze the functioning of international institutions and public international law, to understand the role and behavior of actors in a globalized context in peacetime and during conflicts, and to shed light on the processes of political decision-making at the international level in various fields (international security, development, global economy, health, environment, migrations, diplomacy, etc.).

Scientific approach
The relevance of the Policy Center lies in its ability to adapt contextually to the object of research. In other words, the Policy Center uses an interdisciplinary scientific approach to better understand and interpret the “social reality” in international relations.
A scientific ethic
Our research programs have two ethical dimensions in social sciences. The first dimension is a “deontological ethics”, which means that research must respect the moral integrity of the individuals being investigated. The second ethical dimension refers to the idea of “axiological neutrality”, which is the dissociation of value judgments in scientific research.
